Becky was very patient and understanding with me as i'm not great with technology and had some issues uploading documents to the portal. I emailed them to her in the end as this was easier for me and she was happy for me to do that. I was very nervous about getting a mortgage for the first time at my age but Becky talked me through everything simply and made me feel comfortable with it all.
