Becky was very patient and understanding with me as i'm not great with technology and had some issues uploading documents to the portal. I emailed them to her in the end as this was easier for me and she was happy for me to do that. I was very nervous about getting a mortgage for the first time at my age but Becky talked me through everything simply and made me feel comfortable with it all. All round, very happy with the service provided by Becky.
